MARQUETTE, Mich. - Renee LeBlanc scored with 10 minutes left in the game to lift the Northern Michigan Wildcats to a 2-1 win over the Lewis Flyers, Friday afternoon in a non-conference matchup.

After falling behind 1-0, the Flyers' Courtney Kettel evened the score when she blasted a free kick in the upper right corner of the net at 22:17. It was Kettel's second goal in the last three games.

Neither team was able to capitalize on any scoring chances the rest of the way until LeBlanc, who leads the Wildcats with 10 goals on the season, broke free and buried the game-winner late in the second half.

The Flyers play next at Valparaiso on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. The game can be heard live at www.valpo.edu/athletics.
