Lewis University Announces 2016 Athletics Hall Of Fame Class

Lockyer, McGhee, Moskal and O'Reilly to be inducted; McManaman to be recognized as Lasallian of the Year.

Lewis University Athletics Hall of Fame Members

Romeoville, Ill. -
Lewis University Director of Athletics Dr. John Planek announced on Tuesday (Jan. 12) that former student-athletes Monta McGhee '04 (men's basketball), Mary Moskal '07 (women's basketball) and coaches Karen Lockyer (women's basketball/volleyball) and Irish O'Reilly (baseball) will be inducted into the Lewis University Athletics Hall of Fame in February.

Longtime Lewis University staff member Brother Raymond McManaman will also be recognized as the Lasallian of the Year.

All five individuals will be feted on February 13th, corresponding with the Lewis University/Ohio State men's volleyball match at 7 PM and inducted between games two and three.

The Hall of Fame Dinner will be held at Lewis' University Dining Room, where the doors will open at 4:30 PM and dinner will be served at 5 PM. Tickets for the event are $50 and can be purchased through Associate Athletics Director Brian Sisson at (815) 836-5228 or sissonbr@lewisu.edu.

Immediately following the dinner program, attendees are invited to a pregame reception that will be held in the Board Room, located in the JFK Recreation Center. The reception is slated to begin at 6:30 PM.
