ROMEOVILLE, Ill. – The Lewis University women's soccer team returns home to Lewis Stadium for a big weekend homestand to wrap up the 2019 regular season. The Flyers start the regular-season ending homestand with Drury University on Friday night at 5 p.m. for Senior Night and conclude it with Southwest Baptist on Sunday at 12 p.m. for Alumni Day.

Kayley Garland (DeKalb, Ill./DeKalb) will be honored at halftime of Friday night's contest.
In The GLVC – The Flyers start this week's action tied for eighth place in the GLVC standings with Lindnewood and are 1.5 behind Truman State for the seventh spot. The top eight teams qualify for the GLVC Tournament with the top earning the right to host a first round match.
Season Leaders – Lewis is led in scoring by Parnello with 19 points on seven goals and five assists, while Mikos has nine points on four goals and one assist.
Between The Posts – Sophomore goalkeeper
Lucy Clark (Bristol, England) leads the Flyers in goal with a record of 5-5-3 and has a goals against average of 0.92.
About Drury – The Panthers enter Friday's contest with a record of 1-13-2, 1-11-1 GLVC and are winless in their last 10 contests. Drury went 0-1-1 last weekend dropping a 2-0 decision at Lindenwood and played to a scoreless draw at UMSL on Sunday.
Lewis versus Drury – The Flyers are 4-8-2 all-time against Drury but are 4-1-2 in contests played at Lewis. The Flyers won last year's matchup at Lewis 2-1.
About Southwest Baptist – The Bearcats enter Friday's match at Illinois Springfield with an eight-game losing streak and are 3-11-1 overall and 2-11 in the GLVC. SBU lost at UMSL 1-0 last Friday and was defeated 1-0 at Lindenwood on Sunday.
Lewis versus Southwest Baptist – Sunday's contest will be the first meeting all-time between the Bearcats and Flyers.
