ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Lewis University men's basketball team bounced back with a road victory against Maryville, 81-59, Saturday.

SUMMARY
Both teams traded baskets before Maryville grabbed a 14-10 lead. Lewis responded with a three-pointer by Frericks and a basket by Hill to make it 15-14.
The Saints had a response and grabbed a 23-22 lead with 4:16 left before halftime. The Flyers bounced back the next two minutes with a 7-1 run to go up 29-24.
Lewis went up 31-26 at the break after Zrnic knocked down a pair at the line with 2:02 and that was all the scoring until the intermission.
Maryville went on a 6-1 run to start the second set to cut the deficit back down to one before Hill got a basket. Vanderheydt was able to spark another rally for the Flyers after making a three-pointer he gave Lewis a 47-38 lead with under 13 minutes to play.
Moments later when the Saints looked to come back, Zrnic gave the Flyers a 60-46 lead. Lewis had a double-digit lead the rest of the game and went on to win 81-59.
