LAST YEAR IN WOMEN'S GOLF
- The Lewis University women's golf team finished in 10th place at the GLVC Championships last season.
- Kendall Farm (Carol Stream, Ill./West Chicago) was named GLVC Women's Golf James R. Spalding Indiviual Award.

The Women's soccer team faced off against the Roosevelt Lakers.

The game ended in a tie with Breanna Culver (Roscoe, Ill./Wisconsin-Milwaukee) scoring a goal in the first period for Lewis.

Culver, Jada Harvey (Roscoe, Ill./Rockford Christian), and Maggie Maher (Elk Grove Village, Ill./Elk Grove) picked up three shots, Aleyia Cisneros (Elk Grove Village, Ill./Elk Grove) and Elisa Aguilar (Plainfield, Ill./Plainfield East) recorded two shots and Mellisa Hadzic and Morgan Krump had one.

The Men's soccer team faced off against Purdue Northwest.

Lewis ended up losing the game 1-0.

Sam Abreu (Middleton, Wis./) and Lance Somerfield (Orland Park, Ill./Eastern Illinois) recorded two shots and Mickey Revell, Carson Czosnyka (Peoria, Ariz./Sandra Day O'Connor), Nicholas Rogalski (Park Ridge, Ill./Maine South), Stefan Ziermann (Vienna, Austria/University of Economics) and Justin Darlage (New Lenox, Ill./Lincoln-Way West) each had one shot.
LAST YEAR IN WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL

The Lewis women's volleyball team went 26-7 last season and won its third straight GLVC Tournament Championship and 13th overall.

The Flyers also have been to the NCAA Tournament every season it has been held since 2006.

The team recorded the highest GPA in 2023-24 out of all the sports teams at Lewis.

Lorelee Smith returns to the sidelines for her 18th season and owns a 487-120 record overall with a 243-31 mark in the GLVC. Smith has recorded five GLVC Coach of the Year Awards during her tenure at Lewis.

All-GLVC First Team Bella Ray (Plainfield, Ill./Joliet Catholic) returns as well as All-GLVC Second Team Ally Hickey (Granger, Ind./Penn).

Ray was also a AVCA All-Midwest Region and All-American after Ray leading the GLVC in blocks per set (1.16) and fifth in attack percentage (.347).

Hickey ranked third in the GLVC in digs/set last season after recording 5.15 per set.
