in Indianapolis, Ind. - After going 13-7 during the regular season in conference play, the Lewis University women's basketball team will enter the GLVC Tournament as the No. 5 overall seed and play McKendree, who was tabbed the leagues No. 4 seed, in the first round. Tip-off is set for 12 p.m. on Friday, March 6 down in St. Louis. 
 
Lewis is making its league-best 40th appearance in the GLVC postseason and 18th in a row with six Conference titles to its name. This year, the two sides split the regular season series with both teams winning at the other teams school.

The four quarterfinal winners will compete in the semifinals on Saturday, March 7, at 12 and 2:15 PM CT, while the semifinal victors will compete for the 2026 trophy on Sunday, Mar. 8 at 1:00 PM.
 
For the fifth year in a row, all GLVC Championship Tournament action will be streamed live for $15 per game or $40 for the full tournament on GLVCSN.com, the GLVCSN iOS and Android mobile apps, and GLVCSN OTT apps on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and Android TV.
