2011-12 Highlights: Four-year starter...named team captain...earned a 13th place finish (1:56.21) in the 200 freestyle at the 2012 GLIAC Championships (Feb. 10)...part of 200 free relay team that won in 1:44.69 in win over IIT (Nov. 4)...member of fifth place 200 free relay team (1:45.98) on day one of Doug Coers Invite (Nov. 18)...fourth in 200 free (2:00.24) on day two of Carthage College Swimming Classic (Dec. 3)...had a pair of second place finishes. She touched the wall in 2:01.14 in the 200 freestyle and 5:25.90 in the 500 freestyle vs, Carthage (Jan. 7)... won the 200 freestyle in 2:01.36 during Lewis women’s swimming 103-86 victory over Lincoln (Jan. 27) on Senior Night.  
 
 
2010-11 Highlights: Won the 1000 freestyle against Lincoln with a time of 11:10.49 (Jan. 22)...finished 14th in the 500 freestyle (5:16.40) at the GLIAC Championships (Feb. 10)...turned in an 18th place finish in the 1000 freestyle at the GLIAC Championships by finishing in 10:57.62 (Feb. 9)...finished second in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 11:32.41 and third in the 200 freestyle (2:04.00) at IIT (Oct. 29).

2009-10 Highlights: Part of the 200 freestyle relay team that finished 4th (out of 10 teams) at the Phoenix Fall Classic with at time of 1:42.94 (Nov. 20)...first in the 500 freestyle (5:32.87) against Lincoln (Jan. 23)...16th place at the GLIAC Championships in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:59.89 (Feb. 11)...part of the 200, 400, & 800 freestyle relays at the GLIAC Championships (Feb. 13)

2008-09 Highlights: Second in the 50 freestyle against Chicago (Nov. 22)...part of a 200 freestyle relay team that defeated Hillsdale and Wayne State with at time of 1:44.58 (Jan. 17)...third in the 200 freestyle (2:06.88) vs. Ashland (Dec. 17)...her 1:59.53 performance in the 200 freestyle at the GLIAC Championships was the second best by a Flyer all year (Feb. 11).

Prep/Personal: Member of BI Ryall Swim Team coached by Bob Young...earned varsity letter in cross country...two-year YMCA national qualifier & four-year YMCA state participant in sprint freestyle events...daughter of Michael and Anne Kryger...sport management major.
