2009-10 Highlights: Appeared in 15 games and made one start, averaging 0.6 points and 0.9 rebounds-per-game...Academic All-Great Lakes Valley Conference selection and Br. David Delahanty Award winner, given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence...hauled in a rebound and dished out an assist in come-from-behind win over Indianapolis (Feb. 27) in GLVC First Round contest...finished with two points and two rebounds against Illinois-Springfield (Feb 18)...hauled in a rebound in a 74-69 win over Missouri S&T (Jan. 21)...posted two points and an assist in a 90-71 win over Purdue Calumet (Dec. 22)...picked up a bucket and an assist in a 61-49 win over Wayne State (Dec. 12)...had two steals, two assists and a rebound against Maryville (Dec. 15)...grabbed an offensive rebound against UMSL (Dec. 3)...chipped in four rebounds, two points and an assist in a 68-39 win over St. Francis (Ill.) (Nov. 28).

2008-09 Highlights: Appeared in nine games for the Flyers and averaged 1.1 points and 1.2 rebounds-per-game...Academic All-GLVC selection...tied a career-high with five points, including a three-pointer, in a 101-37 win over Robert Morris (Springfield) on Dec. 29th...posted a career-high five points and six rebounds in 11 minutes of action in a 89-44 win over St. Francis (IL) (Nov. 29).

2007-08 Highlights: Appeared in six games for the Flyers as a freshman...grabbed rebounds against both Trinity Christian (Dec. 4) and Missouri S&T (Jan. 19).

Prep/Personal: Earned four varsity letters...was named all-conference team and team MVP as a senior...made all-city all star team...set school-record with 44 points in a game...averaged a team-best 27 points and 8.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.8 steals as a senior...helped team to 12 consecutive wins and Green Conference championship...as a junior, named team[apos]s Defensive Player of the Year...honor-roll student as a junior and senior...son of Marilyn and Ronnie Burns...communications technology major.
