2016 Highlights: Competed in two races... ran a season-best 8K of 28:40.13 at the GLVC Championships (Oct. 22).

2015 Highlights: Competed in five events...placed 31st overall at the 6K Flyers/Flames Challenge (Sept. 5), crossing the finish line in 21:14...was Lewis' No. 5 runner at the 8K Conference Cross-Over (Oct. 10) with a time of 26:42.53...was the third Flyer to cross the finish line at the 10K NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 7) with a mark of 33:15.76.

2014 Highlights: Named to Academic All-GLVC Team...competed in five races...picked up a season-best 8K finish of 26:33.92 at the Greater Louisville Classic Blue race on October 4th....finished seventh overall at the 8K National Catholic Championships (Sept. 9) with a time of 27:49.60...secured a third place finish at the 6K Crimson Wave Invitational (Sept. 6) with a time of 20:13.4.

2013 Highlights: Competed in four races...turned in a season-best 8K time of 26:30.5 at the Illinois Intercollegiate (Sept. 13).

Prep/Personal: Lettered in both cross country and track and field at Yorkville...four-time state cross country qualifier...two-time All-Conference, All-Regional and All-Sectional Cross Country selection...helped Yorkville to a third-place finish at the IHSA State Championships in 2012...member of Yorkville team that won four-straight conference championships, including a regional title in 2011...served as Team Captain as a senior...placed 30th as an individual at the IHSA State Cross Country Championships as a senior...member of the Honor Roll...major is physics and mechanical engineering...son of Ben and Barb Arcara.
