2016-17 Highlights: Finished in the top three nine times over the course of eight meets in three different events... recorded a personal-best in the 300 meter run with 42.60... recorded a personal-best in the 400 meter run with 59.53... recorded a personal-best in the 400 meter hurdles with 1:04.52... placed first in the 400 meter hurdles (1:06.67) and the 4x400 meter relay (3:59.11)... placed first as a part of the 4x400 meter relay (3:57.70) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26)... came in first in the 400 meter run (59.53) at the Cardinal Classic (Feb. 17)... won the 4x400 meter relay (3:57.20) at the NAIA Challenge (Jan. 21).

2015-16 Highlights: Joined the winning relay team for a first place finish with a time of 4:17.53 at the NAIA vs. NCAA Challenge (Jan. 23)…recorded personal best time of 1:05.34 in the 400-meter hurdles event at the GLVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 5)…earned a second place finish in the 400-meter hurdles (1:09.37) at the Lewis Twilight (April 26).

2014-15 Highlights: Ran a leg of the victorious 4x400 relay with a time of 4:05.60 at the Lewis Open (Jan. 9).

2013-14 Highlights: Finished first in the 4x400 relay (4:15.56) at the Lewis Open (Jan. 10).
