2017 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award – given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...appeared in 20 games, including 12 starts...went 4-5 with 47 strikeouts in 68.2 innnings pitched...earned a complete-game 2-1 win over Drury (April 29) with seven strikeouts.
2016 Highlights: Appeared in 19 games, including 14 starts...picked up the complete-game, four-hit victory while fanning six batters in the 6-5 win over Missouri S&T (April 23)...allowed one run and struck out four to earn the 6-5 win over Rockhurst (April 16)...picked up the complete-game 11-2 win over Saint Joseph's (March 26) while fanning three...tossed a no-hitter and struck out five batters in the 9-1 (5 inn.) win over Gannon (March 1)...pitched 1.2 innings of scoreless relief to earn the save in the 6-2 win over Findlay (Feb. 27)...twirled a complete-game, one-hit shutout while fanning seven to pick up the 10-0 (5 inn.) win over Upper Iowa (Feb. 26)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...appeared in 25 games with 23 starts on the mound for the Flyers…totaled a record of 10-9 with an era of 4.00…threw 11 complete games with one shut out…struck out 121 batters in 140 innings…stuck out a season high ten batters giving up only four earned runs against UMSL (March 21)…had at least one strike out in all but a single outing…threw a complete game shut out with eight Ks against Missouri S&T (Apr. 26).
2014 Highlights: Appeared in 16 games, including 10 starts, and finished with a record of 3-3 and an ERA of 5.28...struck out 54 batters in 53 innings pitched...picked up a complete-game, three-hit victory while striking out five in a 5-2 win over Quincy (March 17)...struck out a season-high seven batters in a 10-6 win over Notre Dame College (March 20)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team.
Prep/Personal: Four-year varsity letterwinner for St. Bede Academy...three-time team MVP...struck out 537 batters in four seasons...threw both a perfect-game and a no-hitter in her career...earned All-State honors as a senior, after striking out 271 batters in 159.1 innings pitched with a 0.62 ERA, while batting .361 as she helped St. Bede advance to the state championship game...was named News Tribune and Bureau County Republican Softball Player of the Year...as a junior, went 16-5 with 225 K's in 142 innings pitched and a 1.04 ERA along with a .347 batting average...selected to All-NCIC First Team as a pitcher and earned News Tribune All-Area First Team accolades...went 13-8 as as sophomore with 173 strikeouts in 118 innings pitched and a 1.77 ERA on her way to News Tribune All-Area First Team honors and All-NCIC First Team accolades...daughter of Chris and Jerry Schweickert...major is athletic training.
