2016-17 Highlights: Finished first in the 4x400 meter relay (3:24.21) at the NAIA Challenge (Jan. 21)... finished first in the 400 meter run (50.02) at the Cardinal Classic (Feb. 17)... finished first in the 4x400 (3:22.52) and placed second in the distance medley relay (10:06.60) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26).

2015-16 Highlights: Ran a leg in the victorious relay team at the GVSU Holiday Open (3:16.79; Dec. 4), NAIA vs. NCAA Challenge (3:23.61; Jan. 22), Chicagoland Championships (3:19.02; Feb. 12) NCC Cardinal Classic (3:17.65; Feb. 19), GLVC Conference Championships (3:15.70; Feb. 27), and NCC Dr. Keeler Meet (3:13.07; May 12)…ran career best time of 48.33 in the 400-meter dash at the Beach Invitational (April 15)…registered NCAA Provisional qualifying times for the 200-meter dash (21.80) and 400-meter dash (47.76) at the GLVC Conference Championships (Feb. 27).

2014-15 Highlights: Dubbed victorious in the 4x400 relay (3:23.78) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (March 1)…finished fourth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.5 at the GVSU Early Bird (Dec. 5).
