E-mail Coach Freeman Bobby Freeman is in his second season as a graduate assistant coach for the Lewis University baseball program. Freeman played two seasons at Illinois Valley Community College, where he was a member of teams that won two regional championships. IVCC registered a school-record 45 victories his freshman year. After earning an associate's degree, Freeman moved on to Eureka College where he played two seasons for the Red Devils. He earned all-region and all-conference honors and was named the team's Top Newcomer and Most Valuable Player. A Coal City High School graduate, Freeman gained international playing experience in Barcelona, Spain, in 2005 and Prague, Czech Republic, in 2006. Freeman, who holds a bachelor's degree in physical education/fitness leadership from Eureka, is pursuing a master's degree in organizational leadership at Lewis.
