2016-17 Highlights: Named to QU Subway Holiday Classic All-Tournament Team...selected to All-GLVC First Team...started all 32 games that he appeared in...led Flyers in scoring (15.0 ppg.), three-pointers made (56) and assists (3.2 apg.)...named GLVC Player of the Week for the period ending December 4th, after averaging 20 points and shooting 68.4% (13-for-19) from the floor and a perfect 5-for-5 from three-point range in victories over Saint Joseph's (Dec. 1) and Indianapolis (Dec. 3)...scored in double-figures in 25 out of 32 contest, including eight games of 20+ points...topped Lewis in scoring in 13 games, including season-highs of 26 points against both Saint Joseph's (Dec. 1) and Truman State (Feb. 9).

2015-16 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...appeared in 32 games, including 30 starts...averaged 12.3 points and 3.3 assists-per-game...shot a team-best ,42.0% (29-for-69) from long range...scored in double-figures in 20 out of 32 contests...posted a team-best 14 points and six assists in a 71-58 win over Maryville (Jan. 14)...scored a season-high 33 points - including 17-for-21 from the free throw line - in an 88-80 double overtime win over UIS (Jan. 28)...was 15-for-18 from the charity stripe in the overtime sessions against UIS...totaled a game-high 24 points on 8-for-13 shooting - including a perfect 4-for-4 from three-point range - in an 84-70 win over Truman State (Feb. 13)...named to GLVC All-Tournament Team.

Prior to Lewis: Spent two seasons at Lehigh...averaged 3.8 points, 1.7 assists and 1.6 rebounds per game as a sophomore, including a career-high 18 points and six assists against Army...as a freshman, averaged 1.8 points and 1.0 rebounds per game.

Prep/Personal: Four-year varsity basketball letterwinner...competed in both football and track and field as well...helped Oswego to one sectional championship and two regional titles....averaged 18.7 points, 3.8 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game as a senior, helping Oswego to a record of 28-3...for his efforts, was named to Chicago Sun Times All-Area First Team, Beacon News All-Area Player of the Year, Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) Second Team and  Southwest Prairie Conference Most Valuable Player... averaged 15.6 points per game  as a junior and 13.3 points per game as a sophomore...four year member of the honor roll...member of Captain's Council, Student Focus Group, Student Leadership Initiative Program and SPC Leadership Conference...recipient of a School Character Award...major is economics...son of Michael and LaTonya Simelton.
