Jon Paige is in his first season as an assistant coach and will serve as the team's offensive coordinator. He comes to Lewis after spending last year at NCAA Division I Mount St. Mary's.

While at the Mount, Paige worked closely with the goalies, face-off unit, and scout team offense. During the 2019 season, Goalie Dylan Furnbeck ended the season as the 2019 Northeast Conference (NEC) Defensive Player of the Year and finished top 20 in NCAA Division I in Overall Save Percentage. Faceoff Midfielder Sam Stephen finished the season with a 52% winning percentage. 

Before his time at the Mount, Paige had a one year stint as a volunteer assistant at his alma mater, Queens University of Charlotte. During the 2017-18 campaign, Paige worked closely with face-off specialist Drew Flack, who finished 17th in NCAA Division II with a .604 face-off win percentage. As a team, Queens placed 13th in the country in overall Face-off winning percentage.
 
In addition to his experience at Queens University, Paige also worked as the offensive coordinator/skill position coach with Team 91 Lacrosse Club in Baltimore, Md. Paige also currently works with Inner Circle Lacrosse as a face-off coach in Baltimore.

Paige excelled as a Face-off Midfielder at Queens University while leading his team to multiple Southern Athletic Conference Championship (SAC) appearances in 2016 & 2017. In his three seasons with the Royals, Paige was named to the SAC All-Conference team each year as well as earning All-Tournament Team honors. In his senior season, Paige totaled 163 ground balls, a team high. Paige led the Royals and the South Atlantic Conference in face-offs won (winning 242-of-341) and winning percentage (71%). He was also second in the nation in face-off winning percentage and ground balls per game (9.59). At the completion of the 2017 season, the face-off specialist was selected to compete in the USILA/Nike D1-D2 North South All-Star Game and named an Honorable Mention selection on the USILA/Nike DII All-American team.

Paige graduated from Queens with the best career face-off winning percentage in program history and went on to play professionally in Major League Lacrosse (MLL) for the Florida Launch and Chesapeake Bayhawks in 2018 and the Ohio Machine in 2019. 

Paige graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2018.
