Natalia Quintero-Rodriguez

Natalia Quintero Rodriguez is entering her first season as an Assistant Coach for the Flyer men's and women's swimming programs.
 
Before coming to Lewis University, she attended Emmanuel College from 2018 to 2021 where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems. She graduated with honors, was a member of Chi Alpha Sigma in recognition of high academic and athletic achievements, and was named to the Dean’s list every semester.
 
During her time at Emmanuel, she was a finalist in 200 free, 500 free, and 1000 free helping the Women’s swim team win Conference Carolinas Champions 2 years in a row (2018-2019, 2019-2020). She was also the elected swim team Captain for the 2019-2020 season and named to the Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll. From Aug 2020 – May 2021, she served as the assistant coach leading the EC Lion’s Men’s team to be the 2021 conference Carolina champions and the Women’s team to be the runner-up.
 
Prior to swimming at EC, Natalia attended Mars Hill University from Jan 2017 – May 2018 where she was a conference finalist in the 200 free, 500 free, and 400 and 800 relays. She was also named to the Dean’s list.
 
Born in Bogota, Colombia, she started her swimming career in 2007 and became a member of the Bogota Swim Team, placing top-5 at Nationals multiple times until she moved to the United States in 2016.
