Michael Delrose enters his second season as an assistant women's basketball coach for Lewis University.
Delrose served as an assistant and head recruiting coordinator on Samantha Quigley Smith's staff for five years at St. Francis (Ill.) in Joliet. While there, the Fighting Saints advanced to the 2017 NAIA National Semifinals with a record of 34-2.
He also has experience as a prep coach, serving as a varsity girls coach for Plainfield East in 2013-14. Delrose also was an assistant coach for three years at Joliet Township High School and held similar posts at Joliet Catholic and Bremen High School.
He earned his bachelor's degree in communications from Saint Xavier in 2004.
