Emma Dufresne joined the Lewis women's lacrosse coaching staff in September 2026.
Prior to joining Lewis, Dufresne served as an assistant coach with the Spalding University (DIII) women's soccer program since 2025. This past season, Spalding won 14 games and won its second SLIAC Women's Soccer Championship in program history. Dufresne coordinated all home game-day and road travel logistics and created training sessions for the Golden Eagles. The New Albany, Ind., native also mentored and coached CSC All-America First Team and USC Scholar All-South Region Team honoree Emma Livingston.
Dufresne also coached at Mockingbird Valley Premier since 2025. In her role, she mentored youth soccer players through team training and individualized instruction that developed technical skills, tactical awareness, and overall athletic performance. With Dufresne on the sideline, she helped lead the team to the state final and league title.
Away from the sideline, Dufresne held roles with PRA Events, MultiVision Logistics, Greenville Triumph SC, and served on the promotional team for the Louisville Bats, the AAA affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds.
Dufresne attended Limestone University from 2021-24, where she was a dual-sport athlete, playing both soccer and lacrosse. With the Saints, Dufresne won multiple conference championships and had multiple NCAA Tournament appearances across both sports. She also served as Limestone SAAC President and graduated with a degree in finance with a 4.0 GPA.
The Flyers' newest assistant coach has previously won the Limestone University SAAC Representative of the Year in 2025, W.B. & Louise Phifer Camp Academic Award (2024), AAUW Woman of the Year (2024), and Sports Business Excellence Award (2024).
