The 2016 season is Katelin Klimczak's third as an assistant coach for the Lewis University women’s soccer program. Klimczak, who was an All-American and a top 50 recruit during her prep career, played four years at national power North Carolina. She won a pair of national titles and three Atlantic Coast Conference championships.
She served as an assistant coach at Harper College in 2012 and 2013. Klimczak oversaw preseason-conditioning sessions and helped the team advance to the NJCAA National Tournament.
She coached the U11 girls soccer team for the Arlington Aces. She also served as the sophomore girls basketball coach at Rolling Meadows High School. In 2012 she was an assistant soccer coach at Elk Grove High School and trained athletes ages 7-18 for Don Beebe’s House of Speed.
Klimczak earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from North Carolina in 2011.
