Miranda Nirci is entering her second year with the Lewis women’s soccer team as a Graduate Assistant. Nirci is no stranger to the women's soccer team after playing two years during the 2018-2021 seasons. She played a total of 1,212 minutes with the Flyers while playing in 21 games and started in 16 games. Before arriving at Lewis, she came from Joliet Junior College where she started in every game her sophomore year. She recorded 30 goals with 15 assists in her two seasons.
During her two seasons at Joliet Junior College, she was named to the North Central Community College Conference First Team both seasons and earned NJCAA All-American Honors in 2018. During her fifth year at Lewis, she was named the GLVC Offensive Player of the Week in 2021.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science at Lewis. She is now pursuing her Masters in Organizational Leadership.
After completing her Masters here at Lewis, Nirci plans on continuing her journey in the medical field.
