At Maryland Eastern Shore, Haynes helped the Hawks finish 17-11 during their inaugural season while tying for second place in the NEC. The Illinois native capped his collegiate playing career with Second Team All-NEC honors after finishing fifth in the nation in assists per set.
In addition to his collegiate playing experience, Haynes has served as the head coach of the Homewood-Flossmoor High School Summer League since 2022.
