Xan Hayes enters his first season on staff for the Flyers. Hayes will coordinate the faceoff unit and serve as the assistant offensive coordinator.
In his lone year playing at Lewis as an attacker, Hayes appeared in the 2025 GLVC Championship and was named an All-GLVC honorable mention with 40 points in the 2025 campaign.
Hayes previously attended St. Leo University and Harford Community College. At Harford, Hayes played in three NJCAA Final Fours, two National Championship games, winning the National Championship in 2023. He was also named Region XX Tournament Offensive MVP and NJCAA All Tournament Team.
Hayes hails from Leonardtown, Md., where he played at Leonardtown High School.Â
