Romeoville, Ill. - Everyone looks forward to Friday and the Lewis University men's soccer team is no different, as the Flyers improved to 5-0 this season on the opening day of the weekend with a 2-1 Great Lakes Valley Conference victory over Southern Indiana at Lewis Stadium.
Lewis senior forward
Aloisio Barros (Belo Horizonte, Brazil/Colegio Pampulha) (Belo Horizonte, Brazil/Colegio Pampulha/Marshaltown C.C.) provided the game-winning score in the 76th minute, by converting a penalty kick past USI goalkeeper Ben Dempsey.
