Romeoville, Ill. - The Lewis University men's basketball team opens Great Lakes Valley Conference action on Thursday (Dec. 1) night, as the Flyers welcome No. 5 Southern Indiana to Neil Carey Arena for a 7:45 p.m. tip-off.
Thursday's contest can be heard on WJOL (1340 AM) with Mark Vasko providing the play-by-play action for the Lewis Sports Network. The game will be also aired on WLRA (88.1 FM) with Mike Bannon and Ryan Tadych providing the detailed analysis.

ON THE NATIONAL SCENE - The Flyers have been rewarded for their hot start, as Lewis is receiving 13 votes in the NABC/Division II Coaches Poll, tying them for 32nd in the country with Central Missouri.
