Romeoville, Ill. - The Lewis University men's basketball team is faced with the tough task of dethroning the defending Division II National Champions, as the Flyers (11-4, 3-4 GLVC) head to Louisville to square off with No. 2 Bellarmine (14-1, 6-1 GLVC) on Thursday (Jan. 19) night. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m. (EST) at Knights Hall.

HE'S NO SAMSON - Lawrence is sporting a new look, as the Bloomington, Ill., native has cut his trademark braids. Since the trim, Lawrence is averaging 9.0 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.8 steals-per-game in six contests.
IN IT UNTIL THE END - The score was either tied or Lewis held a lead with under one minute left in three of the Flyers' four losses this season.
PLAYING CLEAN - As of January 15th, Lewis is ranked fourth in the nation, averaging 14.1 fouls-per-game. The Flyers have made more free throws (193) than their opponents have attempted (191).
