ALL TIME SERIES - This is the first ever meeting between Lewis and Cedarville.

LAST TIME OUT - Hillsdale used an 11-1 run in the second-half to earn the 71-65 in-region victory over the Flyers on Sunday (Nov. 25) afternoon. Lewis sophomore guard Ryan Jackson (Bolingbrook, Ill./Riverside-Brookfield) posted a season-high 24 points on 9-for-15 shooting.

HOME OPENERS - Lewis has won their last 11 home lid-lifters, dating back to a 65-60 overtime defeat to Rockhurst on November 18, 2000.

HOME COURT ADVANTAGE - Lewis has won their last 28 non-conference home contests, dating back to a 59-56 loss to Grand Valley State on November 26, 2005.

ACTION JACKSON - Jackson has recorded a career-high nine field goals in each of the Flyers' last two contests and is shooting 58.0% (18-for-31) from the floor. The last Flyer to have at least nine buckets in three-straight games was Jason Genova (Chicago, Ill./St. Patrick) from March 4, 2008 to March 9, 2008, when he knocked down 73.7% (28-for-38) of his attempts.

BULKING UP - Lewis head coach Scott Trost's 2012 recruiting class of Paul Baumgart (Canton, Mich./Canton) (6-foot-7), Jared Ellis (Marion, Ill./Marion) (6-foot-8), Brad Foster (New Lenox, Ill./Lincoln-Way Central) (6-foot-8), David Heckman (Greenwood, Ind./Roncalli) (6-foot-6) and Kyle Nelson (St. Charles, Ill./St. Charles North) (6-foot-7) all stand at least 6-foot-6.

HONORING HIS BROTHER - Lewis senior guard David Bryant (Batavia, Ill./Batavia) wears the number 12 in honor of his late brother Kevin who played for Trost at Illinois Wesleyan from 2004-06.

IRON MAN - Bryant has played in all 92 possible games for the Flyers in four seasons.

TAKING CARE OF THE ROCK - Lewis has committed just 27 turnovers in their first three contests this season. The Flyers' seven turnovers against Hillsdale on Sunday was the fewest by a Lewis squad since they only had seven miscues against Northern Kentucky on January 21, 2012.

MOVING UP THE CHARTS - Trost (103-76) needs nine more wins to pass former Lewis head basketball coach and Director of Athletics Paul Ruddy (111-75) for fourth in school-history for career victories.

JUST PLAYIN' - All nine players that have seen action this season are averaging at least 10.7 minutes-per-game.

STREAK STOPPIN' - Lewis has not had a three-game losing streak since the 2009-10 campaign. Since that streak, the Flyers have had 10 two-game losing stretches.
