Boca Raton, Fla. - The Lewis University men's tennis team ran into a buzzsaw on Thursday (March 5), as the Flyers dropped an 8-1 non-conference decision to No. 9 Lynn University at the Perper Tennis Complex on Thursday (March 5) afternoon.

With the win, Lynn improved to 7-1 on the campaign and the Flyers fall to 4-2 on the season.

Lewis won their lone match at No. 1 doubles, as seniors Armand Levandi (Tallinn, Estonia/Audentese Spordigumnaasiumi) and Erik Aunapuu (Tallinn, Estonia/Audentese Spordigumnaasiumi) dropped Pavel Mojha and Mehdi Laalej, 8-5.

Lewis returns to action on Saturday (March 7), as the Flyers head to Atlanta to square off with Morehouse. First serve is set for 12 PM ET.
