Springfield, Mo. -
Lewis University sophomore Dora Andrejszki (Budapest, Hungary/Dozsa Gyorgy) picked up a pair of victories for the Flyer women's tennis team, but the No. 30 Drury Panthers went on to earn the 7-2 regional win at the Cooper Tennis Complex on Friday (Feb. 26).

"Our effort was there, but we got beat by a better team (tonight)," Lewis head women's tennis coach Brett Bridel said.

With the win, Drury improves to 5-0 on the season, while the visiting Flyers fall to 2-1.

Andrejszki beat Drury's Hadeil Ali at No. 1 singles in a marathon, claiming the 6-2, 4-6, 11-9 victory. She also teamed up with Lewis sophomore Nora Mindiyarova (Moscow, Russia/Gimnasium 1577) for the 8-2 win over Drury's Samanta Zambrano and Lara Muller at No. 1 doubles.
