Evansville, Ind. - Southern Indiana handed the Lewis University men's soccer team its sixth-straight loss, as the Screaming Eagles had three different players score in the 3-0 Great Lakes Valley Conference win over the Flyers at Strassweg Field on Sunday (Sept. 25) afternoon.
With the win, Southern Indiana improves to 7-1 on the campaign and 5-1 in GLVC action, while the Flyers fall to 1-7 overall and 0-6 in conference play.
Southern Indiana outshot Lewis, 12-3, including a 6-1 advantage in shots on goal.
Lewis returns to action on Friday (Sept. 30), as the Flyers welcome McKendree to Lewis Stadium for a 5 PM kickoff.
