Rolla, Mo. - The No. 16 Lewis University women's basketball team locked down Missouri S&T offensively, as the Flyers held the Miners to 10 points or less in three quarters and a 32.8% (19-for-58) overall shooting performance in the 66-43 Great Lakes Valley Conference win at Billy Key Court on Thursday (Jan. 5) night.
No Miner player scored more than eight points in the loss, while all 12 Flyer players pitched in at least one point.
With the win, Lewis improves to 12-2 overall and 4-0 in GLVC action, while the host Miners fall to 6-6 on the campaign and 1-3 in conference play.

Jessica Kelliher (Waukesha, Wis./Waukesha North) and redshirt senior guard
Jamie Johnson (South Holland, Ill./Marian Catholic) nearly outscored Missouri S&T on their own, combining for 32 points.
Kelliher poured in a game-high 20 points, eight rebounds and four assists, while Johnson chipped in 12 points, including a pair of three-pointers.
Lewis returns to action on Saturday (Jan. 7), as they head to Springfield, Mo., for a 1 PM showdown with No. 12 Drury.
