North Canton, Ohio - Lewis University men's tennis after traveling to Walsh University (Feb. 18) was able to earn the win against the Cavaliers 6-3

The Flyers earned two wins in doubles and four in singles.

Alan Braschinsky (Tallinn, Estonia/Milna Harma) and Mate Srdanovic (Split, Croatia/Graditeljsko-Geodetska Tehnicka) beat Ross Whittaker and Felix Zimmermann 8-3 in doubles No. 1. Chandler Stimpert (Graceland, Ill./Morton) and Anton Levitin (Buffalo Grove, Ill./Buffalo Grove) picked up the other doubles win for the Flyers in doubles No. 3 beating Jonah Carter and Tim Bruin 8-3.

In singles, Srdanovic beat Zimmermann 6-2, 6-1 in singles No. 2. Brendan Peterson (Elmhurst, Ill./York) defeated Rodrigo Garcia in singles No. 3 4-6, 6-2, 1-0. In singles No. 4 Andre Norasith (Elgin, Ill./South Elgin) beat Heitor Adegas 6-4,6-4. Stimpert earned the final singles point for the Flyers in singles No. 5 defeating Carter 6-3, 6-2

Lewis will travel to Findlay (Feb. 19) for their next match to finish out the weekend road trip.
