Springfield, MO. - The midwest region number five Lewis University men's tennis took on the midwest region's number six ranked team Drury Sunday (Feb. 26) but were unable to come away with the victory on the road losing 8-1.

The Flyers' win came from the doubles pair of Mate Srdanovic (Split, Croatia/Graditeljsko-Geodetska Tehnicka) and Alan Braschinsky (Tallinn, Estonia/Milna Harma) defeating Sebastien Amato and Leonardo Cerri 8-4

Lewis moves to 6-4 on season, while Drury moves to 6-1.

Lewis will take on Lake Superior State next on March 1 at 12:30 PM at Five Star Tennis Complex in Plainfield, IL.
