Dora Andrejszki (Budapest, Hungary/Dozsa Gyorgy) defeated Maggie Walroth 6-1, 6-3. At No. 2 singles
Nora Mindiyarova (Moscow, Russia/Gimnasium 1577) defeated Jennifer Skonieczny 6-0, 6-3.
Oana Trus (Sighetu Marmatiei, Romania/Regele Ferdinand) defeated Ashley Jonathan 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 at No. 3 singles.
At No. 1 doubles the pair of Andrejszki and Mindiyarova defeated Walroth and Jonathan 8-4.
Lewis was able to pick up the win against St. Francis thanks to the singles play coming from
Andrejszki defeating Eva Lopez 6-2, 6-1 at No. 1 singles. Sara Grozdanovic (Berlin, Germany/Paul-Natorp Gymnasium) defeated Brittney Kupiec 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 singles. Megan Conlin (Aurora, Ill./Rosary) won at No. 3 singles over Erika Edrada 6-2, 6-0. At No. 4 singles Hailey Bruining (Lockport, Ill./Lockport Township) beat Katie Monahan 6-0, 6-0.
In doubles competition
Mindiyarova and Grozdanovic defeated Lopez and Kupiec (USFW) 8-0. Conlin and Bruining also won at No. 2 doubles defeating Erika Edrada and Katie Monahan 8-0.
Lewis improves after today to 10-5.
The next match for the Flyers will be away March 31 against Indianapolis at 2:00 PM ET.
