Liberty, Mo. - William Jewell College freshman defender Annalee Arbeitman broke a scoreless tie in the 77th minute, scoring an unassisted goal to help the host Cardinals to the 1-0 Great Lakes Valley Conference victory over the Lewis University women's soccer team at Greene Stadium on Sunday (Sept. 10).
With the win, William Jewell improves to 3-0 on the campaign and 2-0 in GLVC action, while the Flyers drop to 1-3 overall and 0-2 in conference play.

Courtney Sengstock (Crystal Lake, Ill./Crystal Lake South) topped the Flyers with three shots, including two on goal.
