Evanston, Ill. - Saturday (Sept. 30), Lewis University women's tennis continued the Wildcat Invitational finishing the second day.

Dora Andrejszki (Budapest, Hungary/Dozsa Gyorgy) advanced to the finals of the black flight after beating Georgie Sanders (UIC) 6-2, 3-6, 6-1.

Nora Mindiyarova (Moscow, Russia/Gimnasium 1577) lost to Lexie Baylis (Michigan State) due to injury in the yellow flight.

Oana Trus (Sighetu Marmatiei, Romania/Regele Ferdinand) fell to Evie Shannon (Notre Dame) in the west bracket of the green flight 6-4, 6-2.

In the second round of the round robin flight Simone Parn (Parnu, Estonia) was defeatd by Clara Lucas (Pittsburgh) 6-3, 6-3.

In the garnet doubles flight Andrejszki and Mindiyarova were beaten by Petra Hule and Andrea Garcia (Florida State) 7-6.

Caroline Szabo and Julia Fenn (Michigan State) beat Trus and Parn 7-6 in the round robin doubles flight.

Northwestern's Wildcat Invitational will conclude Sunday (October 1).
