In singles action,
Oana Carmen Trus (Sighetu Marmatiei, Romania/Regele Ferdinand) dropped a straight sets decision to Cleveland State's Kateryna Avram 7-6 (8-6), 7-5.
Tereza Pilzova (Prague, Czech Republic) fell in straight sets to Ball State's Rebecca Herrington 6-1, 6-0.
Joie Reisch (LaGrande Highlands, Ill./Lyons Township) lost to Western Michigan's Valerie Riegraf 6-2, 6-1 and
Aleksandra Sredojevic (Belgrade, Serbia) fell in straight sets to Western Michigan's Taylor Smith 6-4, 7-6 (7-4).
In doubles competition, Sredojevic and Reisch lost to Ball State's Isabelle Dohanics and Lilya Hadab 6-0. Carmen Trus and Pilzova lost to Cleveland State's Isabella Spindler and Blanche Lenoan 6-1.
