Grand Rapids, Mich. – The Lewis men's tennis team wrapped play in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's (ITA) Midwest Regional hosted by Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Mich., on Sunday.  

Alan Braschinsky (Tallinn, Estonia/Milna Harma) dropped his semifinal match to Indianapolis's Renato Lima in straight sets. Lima won the opening set 6-4 and then defeated Braschinsky in a second set tiebreak 7-6.

David Ambrozic's (Portoroz, Slovenia) consolation semifinal match was canceled.

The Flyers return to the courts on Oct. 11 when they travel to Rome, Ga., to compete in the ITA Cup.
