HALF BREAKDOWN
FIRST HALF: Tiffin 1, Lewis 0
- Lewis looked to strike first after Elisa Aguilar (Plainfield, Ill./Plainfield East) and Cosa Bella Milazzo had shot attempts in the first three minutes.
- Tiffin scored the game winning and lone goal in the 17th minute after Kristen Dickison found the back of the net.
- The Flyers had a few more shot attempts the next few minutes but those shots were saved.
- It went into halftime with the Dragons ahead 1-0.
SECOND HALF: Tiffin 0, Lewis 0
- Lewis went on the attack early to start the second half as Cameron Sengstock (Crystal Lake, Ill./Crystal Lake South) had a shot attempt but was saved by the goalkeeper.
- In the 61st minute, the Flyers recorded two shots looking to tie the match at 1 but were unsuccessful.
- Lewis had scoring chances in the 73rd and 74th minute by Alex Dennis (Tinley Park, Ill./Victor J. Andrew) and Mariana Pinto (Rockford, Ill./Guilford) but both were saved.
