HALF BREAKDOWN
FIRST HALF: Illinois-Springfield 1, Lewis 0
Lewis earned a corner kick in the seventh minute, but was unable to register a shot. UIS then scored at the 9:57 mark to take the lead.

Bogers took the first shot for the Flyers in the 18th minute, but it was off target. Doppelhofer then stopped a penalty shot in the 19th minute to keep Lewis within one.

The Flyers earned a shot on goal, again by Bogers, in the 39th minute, but it was stopped. The Prairie Stars took one more shot in the opening half, but it was off target.

SECOND HALF: Illinois-Springfield 0, Lewis 0
Neither team registered a shot in the first 15 minutes of the second half. Lewis got a shot off in the 61st minute, and UIS in the 62nd, but neither were on goal.

The Flyers had a scoring opportunity in the 73rd minute, taking three shots, but the first two were blocked and the third went wide. The Prairie Stars recorded another shot on goal in the 85th minute, but Doppelhofer made the save.
