EAST PEORIA, Ill. - The Lewis University women's soccer team is heading to the Great Lakes Valley Conference Regular Season Championship after advancing on PKs against top seeded Maryville 0-0 (3-0) on Friday (Nov. 10) at Corwin Clatt Stadium at the Eastside Centre in the GLVC Tournament Semifinal round.

FIRST HALF: Lewis 0, Maryville 0
Maryville recorded the first pair of shots of the contest in the first six minutes of the contest and Nielsen saved the second one. The Saints recorded its next shot in the 38th minute but it was off target.
Jordyn Bigos (Crystal Lake, Ill./Crystal Lake South) was able to record the first shot on target for the Flyers in the 40' but it was saved. The Saints tried to get on the scoreboard towards the end of the first half but Lewis was able to block it.
SECOND HALF: Lewis 0, Maryville 0
Melisa Hadzic (Wheaton, Ill./Wheaton Warrenville South) tried to break the scoreless tie in the 76th minute but her shot was off target. Maryville recorded a pair of shots in the 82nd minute but both were off target to keep the match scoreless.

Culver recorded the only shot in the first overtime for both teams in the 98' but it was off target.
OVERTIME 2: Lewis 0, Maryville 0
Culver attacked early in the second overtime as the sophomore tried to break the scoreless tie but Maryville's goalie saved it.
