ANDERSON, Ind. - The Lewis University men's bowling team ended its season Sunday (April 3) at Championship Lanes with a loss to Indiana in the consolation bracket of the Collegiate Club National Championships.
The Flyers were seeded sixth in the 24 team field through four rounds of pool play, giving them a first round bye, where they lost to Wright State before falling to the Hoosiers.
In pool play the Flyers finished in second place of the six-team pool with a 4-2 record, totaling 4,401 pins. Muskingum University, the eventual champions, won the pool with a 5-1 record and a 4,736 total.
Lewis posted a high set of 783 for the tournament.
