Erik Alqvist (Helsingborg, Sweden/Hittarps IK Football Club) looked to give the Flyers a 1-0 lead in the 29' after creating some space but his shot did not find the back of the net. Moments later in the 37'
Mikey Revell (Largo, Maryland/Bishop McNamara) found an opening as well but he was unsuccessful on the shot attempt to keep it scoreless.
Robert Gorodnickis (Riga, Latvia/Riga) was able to break through in the 40' as he found an opening and the back of the net for his first career goal at Lewis to make it 1-0.
