Lewis Men's Track and Field Has Three Members Achieve USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region

NEW ORLEANS -- The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced its 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field All-Region Teams as the Lewis men's track and field team earned three members on the team in four total events.  Levi Graham (Plainfield, Ill./Minooka), Evan Horgan (Loves Park, Ill./Belvidere North) and Gavin Jenkins (Flint Hill, Va.) all saw their names on the list.  

Graham made the All-Region team in the hammer throw, where he won the GLVC Individual Championship and owns a season-best throw of 65.36m, which he achieved at the WashU Invite in St. Louis, Missouri. The junior also qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the event. 

Horgan saw his name on the team in the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter events, where he currently holds the best time in the Midwest while clocking in at 13:40.52, while his 10,000-meter time is 28:47.32.

The sophomore won the individual GLVC title in the 5,000-meter race, qualifying him for the national meet in that event. 

Jenkins was awarded recognition in the steeplechase, where he achieved a season-best time of 8:54.67 at the Bryan Clay Invitational. He captured the GLVC Outdoor Championship Individual Title in the event after finishing in first place.

The graduate student also qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Meet with his time.
