2013 Highlights: Named Academic All-GLVC and Delahanty Award honoree…had 15 starts in 20 appearances…had two RBI against Ohio Dominican (March 5)…picked up two hits against Wheeling Jesuit (March 3), Gannon (March 8) and Indianapolis (May 5, game 1). 

2012 Highlights: Recipient of Lewis' Delahanty Award for academic excellence among student athletes and named Academic All-GLVC...played in 22 games with 16 starts at third base...doubled, walked twice and scored once in game one at Kentucky Wesleyan (April 15)...doubled, singled, scored a run and knocked in a run in game one at Southern Indiana (April 21)...scored twice and singled once in game two at Northern Kentucky (May 6)...singled and scored in game one vs. Drury (March 25).

2011 Highlights: Delahanty Award recipient and named Academic All-GLVC...played in 11 games with six starts (three at second base and three at third base)...singled twice and knocked in a pair of runs in game two vs. UIS (March 19)...had two RBI and scored in game one vs. UIS (March 19)...recorded two singles and a run scored vs. Mary (March 4)...had two singles and an RBI vs. Gannon (March 5)...walked and knocked in a run vs. Maryville (March 28).

2010 Highlights: A Delahanty Award recipient ...played in 12 games with six starts (five at second base and one at third base)...homered and walked vs. St. Joseph's (May 2)...doubled and singled to drive in a run and score a run vs. St. Xavier (April 8).

Prep/Personal: Earned two varsity letters in high school...as a senior, Southwest Suburban All-Conference and Southwest Suburban All-Academic...first team all-area, while hitting .411 with 26 RBI and four home runs...as a sophomore, batted .405, slugged .684, scored 34 runs and recorded 24 RBI...during the summer league of his senior season hit .471 with 24 hits and 13 RBI...was a member of the National Honor Society...ranked 12th in the 2008 White Sox Prospect Camp Showcase, leading his team in batting average, hits and doubles...played two seasons with the Orland Park Magic and six with the Sparks Travelers...son of Bob and Debbie O'Connor...marketing major.
