Elmwood finished ninth in the state and captured sectional and regional titles ... all-state, sectional runner-up and regional champion as a junior, when the team placed sixth in the state and won sectional and regional crowns ... state qualifier as a freshman ... lettered four years in track and field ... sectional champion and state qualifier in 3200-meter run his junior and senior seasons ...
