2012 Highlights: Competed in five cross country meets...had a season -best time of 21:08.09 at the 5k Rosa Invitational (Oct. 6).

2011 Highlights: Competed in four events...season-best 13th place finish in the 6K Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Oct. 7) to help team to first place finish.

2010 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award, given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence, and named to the Academic All-GLVC team...Competed in two cross country meets...took 67th place at the 6K GLVC Championships (Nov. 6), crossing the finish line in 26:25.  

Prior to Lewis: Two-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field for Illinois State.

Prep/Personal: Two-time All-Conference and cross country MVP...two-time state qualifier in the 1-mile run...named team MVP in track and field as a junior...ran a leg of the state qualifying 4x800 relay as a senior...member of the National Honor Society and Athletic Honor Roll...daughter of David and Felisa Gallup...major is nursing.
