2009-10 Highlights: Named Lewis[apos] Female Senior Student-Athlete of the Year and Br. David Delahanty Award winner, given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence and Academic All-GLVC honoree...ran a leg of the first-place 4x400 relay (4:14.30) at the Ranger Open (Jan. 22)...ran a leg of the first-place 4x200 relay (1:45.81) at the Chicagoland Championships (Feb. 12)...was a member of the winning 4x400 (4:05.24) relay team at the Cardinal Classic (Feb. 20)...was a part of the runner-up 4x200 relay (1:42.88) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27)...ran a leg of the runner-up 4x400 relay (48.25) at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 7). 2008-09 Highlights: Named to the All-GLVC Indoor First Team after running a leg of the winning 4x200 relay (1:44.54) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28)...earned All-GLVC Outdoor Second Team honors...recipient of the Delahanty Award given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence and Academic All-GLVC selection...was third in the 200-meter dash (26.63) at the Chicagoland Championships (Feb. 13)...placed second overall in the 400-meter dash (59.8) at the Dick Pond Invitational (Feb. 21)...finished third overall in the 100-meter dash (12.6) at the Eagle Invitational (Apr. 18)...claimed a runner-up finish in the 100-meter dash (12.7) at the Chicago Penultimate Invite (May 9). 2007-08 Highlights: Academic All-GLVC,...finished third in the 200-meter dash (26.43) at the Titan Open (Feb. 2)...won the 200-meter dash (26.08) at the Chicagoland Indoor Championships (Feb. 15)...took home a runner-up finish in the 200-meter dash (26.10) at the Dick Pond Open (Feb. 22)...was a member of the third-place winning 4x400 relay (4:05.33) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1)...finished second in the 200-meter dash (25.4) at the Truman Open (Mar. 29). 2006-07 Highlights: Academic All-GLVC, recipient of Lewis[apos] Delahanty Award for academic excellence among student athletes and a Deans[apos] List student both semesters...was part of the GLVC Indoor distance medley relay championship team with a school-record time of 12:04.68...was second in the 400-meter dash (1:03.70) at the Dick Pond Open (Jan. 13)...won the 100-meter dash at North Central[apos]s Old Fashioned Meet (Apr. 25). Prep/Personal: Earned four varsity letters...selected the team[apos]s Most Valuable as a senior...also lettered three years in golf...recipient of the All-Academic Senior Athlete Award and a member of the 'A[apos] honor roll...daughter of Lawrence and Patricia Ruff...psychology major.
