2011 Highlights: Competed in three events as a true freshman...finished 86th with a time of 22:25.7 at the 6K Elmhurst Earlybird Invitational (Sept. 2)...took 52nd place in 26:15.1 at the 8K Brissman/Lundeen Invitational (Sept. 23)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence.

Prep/Personal: 12-time varsity letterwinner for Elmwood in cross country, basketball and track and field...two-time, top-15 finisher at the IHSA Cross Country Class A Championships to earn All-State accolades...his 11th-place finish as a sophomore helped Elmwood to the Class A State Championship...was on four Elmwood cross country teams that placed in the top eight, including a runner-up finish as a freshman...ran a leg of the fourth-place 4x800 relay at the 2011 IHSA Class A State Track and Field Championships and also qualified in the 800-meter run and as a member of the 4x400 relay...ran a leg of the 4x800 relay that finished second in the IHSA Class A State Track and Field Championships in 2009 and 2010...was a state qualifier in the 800-meter run in 2009...major is undecided.
