2015 Highlights: Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...competed in six races...was Lewis' No. 5 runner at the 6K NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 7) with a 34th-place finish of 22:32.58...finished 16th at the 6K GLVC Championships (Oct. 24) with a time of 22:42.6...placed eighth at the 4K Flyer/Flames Challenge (Sept. 5) with a time of 15:26.2.

2014 Highlights: Competed in four races...narrowly missed All-Conference honors after her 17th-place finish of 22:39.48 at the 6K GLVC Championships (Nov. 8)...earned a career-best 6K time of 22:13.53 and finished 41st overall at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship (Nov. 22)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team.

2013 Highlights: Raced in six out of seven meets...picked up a season-best 21st-place finish of 22:42 at the 6K GLVC Championships (Oct. 26)...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors...earned a season-best 5K mark of 19:22.6 at the Lucian Rosa Invitational (Oct. 12)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team.

2012 Highlights: Did not compete.

Prior to Lewis: Competed for Southern Illinois...set a personal-best time of 18:48 in a 5K race in cross country as a freshman.

Prep/Personal: Three-time state qualifier and team MVP...won the conference cross country championship as a senior...claimed All-State honors in indoor track as a senior in both teh 3,200-meter run (4th place) and 1,600-meter run (7th place)...ran personal-bests in both the 1,600-meter run (5:21) and 3,200-meter run (11:26) as a senior...competed in swimming as a freshman where she was named 'Rookie of the Year'...member of the National Honor Society and Dean's List and also an AP Scholar...daughter of Diana and Charles Hershfang...major is athletic training.
