2011-12 Highlights: Competed in five events and nine rounds...averaged 78.6...shot a 164 (79-85) at the Green Bay Invitational (Sept. 12-13) while finishing tied for 38th...tied for 8th after carding a 77 at the Elmhurst Invitational (Oct. 9)...earned a 10th place finish at the Shootout in Arizona (March 8-9) thanks to a 149 (77-72)...tied for 45th at the NKU Spring Classic (March 17-18) thanks to a pair of 77's (154).
2010-11 Highlights: Competed in seven events and 17 rounds on the year…averaged 81.1…helped the Flyers to their sixth GLVC Championship with a 65
th place finish of 168 (79-89) at the GLVC Championship (Apr. 18)…finished tied for 16
th at the Prairie Stars Shootout (Oct. 2-3) with a 154 (81-73)…earned an eighth place finish to lead the team to a first place finish at the Shootout at Aguila (Mar. 4-5) after a 148 (73-75)…helped team to Intercollegiate at Cog Hill (Apr. 25-26) title with a 253 (87-84-82) and tied for 20
th at the legendary “Dubsdread” course at Cog Hill Golf Club.
2009-10 Highlights: Averaged 80.3 in 10 rounds, with a low round of 74 at the Lewis Mixed Fall Classic...tied for eighth at the Lewis Mixed Fall Classic (74-79=153)...tied for 31st overall among 36 golfers at the Shootout at Aguila (77-80=157)...tied for 28th at the St. Francis Fall Classic among 101 golfers (75).
Prep/Personal: Earned two varsity letters...was team captain senior year, winning 10 medals...placed second in regionals to qualify for state...37.6 stroke average...helped team to second place in the Catholic League, Regionals and Sectionals...third place in Catholic League Tournament...as a junior, individual sectional qualifier and Chick Evans Amateur Qualifier...son of Mark and Charlene Bermele...undecided on major.
